After years of battles, protests and lawsuits, our movement won another victory in the fight to keep DACA. The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) decided on the DACA case on June 18, coming down to a split decision (5-4), ruling that Trump’s ending of DACA was unlawful. DACA STAYS!

The Supreme Court decided (5-4) it had the authority to review the case on DACA and declared that the way Trump ended the program was reckless and unreasonable.
