Elmont, New York – During his Land of Hope & Dreams tour stop in New York, legendary singer and songwriter Bruce Springsteen chose to honor the leadership and organizing power of immigrant youth at United We Dream with thousands of his fans. At a time when attacks against our democracy, civil rights, and the safety of immigrant communities are rising, Bruce Springsteen did not shy away from naming the hard truths, stating plainly to his fans that the work of United We Dream is more urgent than ever. He encouraged concertgoers to donate in support of immigrant youth and made a generous donation of $50,000 to continue building a Land of Hope together.

In response to Bruce Springsteen’s contribution, United We Dream released the following statement:
“Watching Bruce Springsteen stand proudly with immigrant communities was electric. His concert was as much a celebration as it was a call to action to the thousands of fans watching that it takes all of us coming together to build the promised land he sings so beautifully about. United We Dream is deeply honored for Bruce’s support and generous donation to our work. Every dollar will go directly towards protecting immigrant communities and building a democracy where everyone, no matter their background, has what they need to thrive.”
