Everyone should be able to visit the doctor and get access to lifesaving care without fear or barriers. This rule will make everyone in our communities healthier. While we celebrate today’s victory, we are still fighting for the millions of undocumented people who remain excluded from healthcare.
We need more protections immediately
DACA remains under attack in the courts by right-wing politicians. If they are successful in killing DACA, hundreds of thousands will be left in limbo, lose their ability to work, and be in danger of detention and deportation.
